MotoGP officials have revealed the provisional calendar for the 2017 season, which once again features 18 races.
The calendar follows a similar rubric to the 2016 schedule, with the main change being the removal of the early season back-to-back races in Argentina and the United States.
Travel difficulties for those travelling from Termas de Rio Hondo to Austin, Texas have prompted officials to separate the events by a further week.
The Circuit of The Americas in Austin, Texas will host the only MotoGP round in North America once again in 2017, provisionally scheduled for April 23.
Races in both Great Britain and Malaysia are listed as being ‘subject to contract’, while Valencia will once again play host to the season finale on November 12.
