American Flat Track’s 18-race calendar joins the NBCSN motorsports portfolio starting in July, with one-hour, tape-delayed telecasts on Thursday nights throughout the summer and fall.
NASCAR Productions, LLC produces the shows. The DAYTONA TT in July will kick off the schedule, with full air times and commentary team to be announced at a later date.
“We’re thrilled to add American Flat Track to the best motorsports portfolio in American media,” said Jeff Macaluso, Senior Director, Programming, NBC Sports Group. “We’re excited and proud to be a part of the resurgence of this historic series.”

Thursday’s Stage 12 of the 40th Dakar Rally not only closed the overall standings gap in at least two classes (cars and trucks), two other classes (bikes and quads) failed to get going due to weather conditions.

Ton van Genugten edged out Martin Kolomy in Stage of, while Federico Villagra and Eduard Nikolaev both faced an uphill battle to finish fourth and third respectively.
Even though the Quads were also impacted by weather issues on Thursday, Ignacio Casale, the 2014 Dakar winner, continues to make his case for a second overall victory in the quads.
