Kurt Busch, Marco Andretti talk Indy 500 on “Today,” “Morning Joe” (VIDEO)

Today is Indianapolis 500 Media Day, which sees the race’s competitors fan out to numerous markets across North America to talk about Sunday’s big race.

Two of the bigger names in this year’s ‘500,’ NASCAR Sprint Cup Series driver Kurt Busch and Andretti Autosport IndyCar teammate Marco Andretti, were given the New York City assignment.

And as part of their Big Apple experience, the two made a visit this morning to NBC’s “Today” show, where Busch looked none the worse for wear after his big accident during yesterday’s practice at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

Busch also stopped by MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” to discuss how he plans to use his Indy 500/Coca-Cola 600 “double” to raise awareness of the struggles of U.S. veterans, including post-traumatic stress disorder.
