The post-race fracas between Brad Keselowski, Matt Kenseth and Denny Hamlin on Saturday night at Charlotte Motor Speedway certainly put NASCAR in the news.
But now, NASCAR has to figure out what to do about the incident, which culminated with the usually inoffensive Kenseth attacking Keselowski between a pair of haulers.
NASCAR vice president of competition Robin Pemberton said late Saturday that any penalties from the incident would be handed down on Tuesday – tomorrow.
Will there be punishments handed down? How harsh will they be? And could they impact the three drivers’ bid to advance deeper into the Chase for the Sprint Cup?
NASCAR on NBC contributor Nate Ryan gave a full report on the situation during today’s episode of NASCAR AMERICA. You can hear what he has to say in the clip above.
