NASCAR driver Brad Keselowski has tipped Lewis Hamilton to win the 2014 Formula 1 drivers’ championship at today’s showdown at sundown in Abu Dhabi.
Hamilton enters the final race of the season with a 17 point lead at the top of the standings, knowing that a top two finish will be enough for him to win a second world title.
However, he will start the final race of the year from second place after losing out to title rival and teammate Nico Rosberg in qualifying yesterday.
With the fast-starting Williams drivers in third and fourth place, it is possible that they could get into the fight at the front and have some say in the destination of this championship.
In the eyes of Keselowski, though, the title is Hamilton’s to lose, saying: “I believe in miracles but not this time. Lewis Hamilton has got this” when asked by NBCSN’s Will Buxton who would be champion on Twitter.
