Nico Hulkenberg has had his first sampling of the Porsche 919 Hybrid this week at the Motorland Aragon circuit in Spain, testing along with several other Porsche factory drivers (Brendon Hartley, Michael Christensen, Nick Tandy, Fred Makowiecki).
The German is set to make starts at Spa and Le Mans with the team in next year’s FIA World Endurance Championship; however, his Spa participation may be compromised due to the potential confirmation of a Korean Grand Prix on May 3.

Hulkenberg, the Sahara Force India Formula One driver, is the first confirmed driver for Porsche’s third car. The factory GTE pilots are the most likely at the moment to line up alongside.
