Not wishing to be outdone by McLaren, who launched its 2015 car today, and Toro Rosso, who put out a small 10-second teaser of its new challenger, defending world champions Mercedes have released two short videos of the shakedown of its new runner.
The W06 Hybrid was given its first outing at Silverstone today by Nico Rosberg ahead of the start of the first pre-season test in Jerez on Sunday, and Mercedes couldn’t help but give us a taste of what is to come in 2015. Check out the two short videos below.

So on first glances, the car looks pretty much the same in terms of the livery. The nose has changed, though, coming in line with the technical regulations for the 2015 season, and we can expect to get a full reveal from the team on Sunday when pre-season testing kicks off.
