Speed, Duval back for Long Beach Formula E race

After successful series debuts in Miami, both Scott Speed (Andretti Autosport) and Loic Duval (Dragon Racing) will return for the next round of the FIA Formula E Championship at Long Beach next weekend.

Both drivers confirmed their returns on Twitter in the last few days.

In Speed’s case, he had indicated on multiple occasions since his starring role in a runner-up finish at Miami he’d return if his testing schedule for Red Bull Global Rallycross allowed it.

Duval, meanwhile, returns for Dragon Racing after climbing from 18th to seventh in his series debut. The Audi factory ace will be fresh off this week’s Prologue at Paul Ricard.

The Long Beach ePrix runs next Saturday, April 4, on a truncated version of the Grand Prix circuit.
