Valentino Rossi takes on the Goodwood hill climb with Le Mans winning Mazda 787B (VIDEO)

He may have won nine world titles whilst racing on two wheels, but Valentino Rossi got the chance to showcase his skills on four at the Goodwood Festival of Speed two weeks ago.

Rossi was given the opportunity to take the Le Mans-winning 1990 Mazda 787B up Goodwood’s famous hill climb, delighting the fans that turned out for the event.

The Italian rider currently leads the MotoGP world championship with Yamaha after winning the Dutch TT at Assen two weeks ago – the day before he arrived at Goodwood –  and is next in action at the Saschenring in Germany this weekend.
