Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg will renew their battle for supremacy at the top of the Formula 1 drivers’ championship under the lights this weekend in the Singapore Grand Prix.
Hamilton arrives at the Marina Bay Street Circuit chasing a third victory in Singapore, and after moving into a 53-point lead at the top of the standings in Italy two weeks ago, the Briton is closing in on a third world title.
Championship fights aside, there are plenty of additional storylines to keep an eye on this weekend, as explored by Will Buxton in the latest edition of Paddock Pass.
In part one, we talk to Alexander Rossi ahead of his full F1 debut with Manor this weekend. Rossi will become the first American driver in eight years to race in a grand prix in the first of five races that he will take part in across the remainder of the 2015 season.
We also talk to Romain Grosjean about a possible move away from Lotus to Haas for 2016. Did his lack of knowledge about English counties give away a hint he may be set to make a switch?
In part two, we speak to Williams’ Valtteri Bottas as he bids to pick up a rather disappointing 2015 campaign with Williams. Sergio Perez gives us the latest update on his contract talks with Force India, and we also hear from Daniel Ricciardo, Nico Rosberg and Lewis Hamilton.
