Following today’s frantic Russian Grand Prix at the Sochi Autodrom, Will Buxton brings you all of the post-race interviews and analysis in the latest edition of NBC Sports original digital series Paddock Pass.
In part one, we hear from race winner Lewis Hamilton following his dominant display in Sochi that saw him extend his lead in the drivers’ championship to 66 points.
Hamilton knows that victory in the United States at the end of the month with Sebastian Vettel finishing third or lower will see him be crowned a three-time world champion, and remains focused on sewing up the title for Mercedes.
We also hear from Vettel, who moved up to second in the drivers’ championship by following Hamilton over the line in Russia, and Force India’s Sergio Perez after his first podium of the season.
In part two, we get Kimi Raikkonen’s view on his last lap clash with Valtteri Bottas that ultimately saw the Finn receive a time penalty. Raikkonen remained adamant that the incident was not his fault, blaming Bottas even if the stewards thought otherwise.
