While Phoenix International Raceway is the site of Verizon IndyCar Series testing this week, out on the other side of the country in Florida, the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship had two days of testing at Sebring International Raceway.

The test was in preparation for the Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring, which runs on March 19.

A pair of LMP2-spec cars, the No. 60 Michael Shank Racing Ligier JS P2 Honda and No. 81 DragonSpeed Oreca 05 Nissan, were fastest in the combined timesheets.

The No. 25 BMW Team RLL BMW M6 GTLM led in GT Le Mans with the debuting No. 63 Scuderia Corsa Ferrari 488 GT3 leading the way in GT Daytona.

CORE autosport, with new electronic components on board, led in Prototype Challenge.

The biggest accident that took place involved Dream Racing’s Lamborghini Huracán GT3 on Thursday, with Larry DeGeorge driving, but fortunately the driver was OK. See a photo below, via @FormulaFotos on Instagram.
