The Indy Lights Presented by Cooper Tires season opening races from St. Petersburg will air tonight at midnight ET on NBCSN, which is 9 p.m. PT. It will also air via NBC Sports Live Extra, at nbcsnstream.nbcsports.com.

It follows a live sporting event (World Curling Championships), so it may start a few minutes late – we’d advise you to set your DVRs to run a few minutes long just in case.

Kevin Lee and Anders Krohn are on the call with Katie Hargitt in the pit lane for the first two races of the year. Saturday’s first race was the 30-minute sprint race, with Sunday’s race the 45-minute feature race.

This is the first look at the new-look Indy Lights field, which features a number of talented rookies mixed in with returning veterans in the 16-car field, in the second year of the new Dallara IL-15 Mazda package.
