Medical Update – Catherine Crawford

It is with much relief we can finally bring you up to speed with Catherine’s health status following her emergency surgery last week to remove a brain tumor.

On Wednesday April 6, Catherine was discharged from the hospital into the care of her family here in Rome. We can’t thank enough the exceptional surgeon, Dr. Biagia La Pira, and all the folks at Umberto I Hospital in Rome for all they’ve done for Kate and our family.

Catherine is recovering at a speed that’s very encouraging and will fly with husband Russ and the Crawford family home to the US on Saturday.  She has said to us to thank everyone who has reached out to express their love and support.

Warmest regards,

Russ, Max, Jan, Trudie Crawford

We continue to wish Catherine and her family the best as Catherine continues her recovery process.
