Nico Rosberg continued his hot streak in Sunday’s Chinese Grand Prix by claiming an emphatic race win, his sixth on the bounce, and extending his lead at the top of the Formula 1 drivers’ championship.
Despite there not being much of a battle for the race win – Rosberg led all but three laps – the race offered a number of interesting subplots, largely stemming from a frantic opening few laps.
Even in the closing stages, positions were still changing hands as Pirelli’s tire rules once again came up trumps.
