At the second round of the 2016 Verizon IndyCar Series season in Phoenix, IMS Productions filmed the first 2016 episode of IndyCar Chronicles, which features Tony Kanaan, driver of the No. 10 NTT Data Chip Ganassi Racing Chevrolet.
Kanaan, who was running a separate GE LED livery under the lights at the Desert Diamond West Valley Phoenix Grand Prix, was the focus of the IMSP episode as it looked at his evolution over 19 years in the sport, through various highs and lows leading to his current position with Ganassi.
He finished fourth in Phoenix but was one of the race’s two passing stars - along with Ryan Hunter-Reay - on a tough night under the lights in the desert.
