DETROIT - For a one-hour, 40-minute street race for the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship, there was no shortage of action and no surprise at the overall win position as the Taylor brothers took another win in Detroit.

Jordan and Ricky Taylor took the No. 10 Konica Minolta Wayne Taylor Racing Corvette DP to their second win of the season (also won on the streets of Long Beach).

Meanwhile a pair of Dutchmen won with Renger van der Zande (in Prototype Challenge, in the No. 8 Starworks Motorsport Oreca FLM09 with Alex Popow co-driving) and Jeroen Bleekemolen (in GT Daytona, in the No. 33 Riley Motorsports Dodge Viper GT3-R with Ben Keating co-driving) both took over from their requisite Silver or Bronze rated drivers to win in the pro-am classes.

There were several full-course cautions for accidents throughout the race.
