FORT WORTH -- After an afternoon of showers and a drying process that couldn’t get the surface of Texas Motor Speedway ready in time for three different start times, IndyCar’s Firestone 600 is now scheduled to start at 2:15 p.m. ET on Sunday. The race can be seen on NBCSN.
The original start time for the race was 8:50 p.m. ET. Trouble drying the 1.5-mile track due to weepers led to rescheduled start times of 9:45 p.m. ET and 10:30 p.m. ET.
