The Canadian Grand Prix rarely disappoints, and with rain on the horizon and as many as six drivers in the mix for victory, Sunday’s race will be no exception.

Defending Formula 1 world champion Lewis Hamilton swept to his fifth pole position in Montreal on Saturday, edging out Mercedes teammate Nico Rosberg at the top of the timesheets.

With Ferrari’s Sebastian Vettel third and the Red Bulls of Daniel Ricciardo and Max Verstappen looming behind, Hamilton knows that he faces a stiff challenge for victory.

Cold temperatures and even rain could also play a part, setting the stage for a thrilling event at Montreal’s Circuit Gilles Villeneuve.
