Nico Rosberg and Lewis Hamilton are poised to enjoy one final battle before Formula 1’s summer break in Sunday’s German Grand Prix at Hockenheim.

The title race between the Mercedes drivers has grown increasingly fierce in recent weeks, with a busy July schedule seeing the momentum swing firmly in Hamilton’s favor.

The Briton took the lead of the drivers’ championship for the first time in 2016 last weekend in Hungary, and is now looking to extend his advantage before the summer recess.

However, with Rosberg on pole and a baying crowd of German fans cheering on their home driver, Hamilton knows he has a fight on his hands at Hockenheim.

Here’s our run-down of what to watch for in today’s race.
