LONG POND, Pa. – The staff is already alive and kicking, the sun’s going to be coming out and we’re set to get 500 miles of racing in from the Pocono Raceway for today’s ABC Supply 500, delayed to Monday after heavy rains swept through on Sunday.

Here’s a schedule of events for today’s activities.

Gates and the paddock open at 8 a.m., with cars going to the grid at 11:30 a.m. ET.

We’re then on air on both NBCSN (TV) and the NBC Sports App (streaming online and via the app) at noon ET. The command to start engines will occur at 12:03 p.m. ET and the estimated green flag time is 12:09 p.m. ET.
