WATKINS GLEN, N.Y. – The penultimate round of the Verizon IndyCar Series season is upon us with today’s INDYCAR Grand Prix at The Glen presented by Hitachi, marking the series’ return to Watkins Glen International for the first time since 2010.
Between Scott Dixon’s weekend domination, the continued title battle between Team Penske teammates Will Power and Simon Pagenaud, and the desire of those who haven’t won to break through this year - Helio Castroneves and Tony Kanaan starting fourth and fifth among them - there’s plenty to monitor.
