SONOMA, Calif. - News that Ayesha Curry would be grand marshal for today’s Verizon IndyCar Series season finale (6:30 p.m. ET, NBCSN) meant the potential that Steph Curry would be here at Sonoma Raceway too.
And indeed, he is.
Curry, the two-time and defending NBA Most Valuable Player who along with the rest of the Golden State Warriors team won the 2015 NBA Finals championship, is on site today as is Kawhi Leonard.
Curry has met a number of drivers thus far before today’s race, with both Ayesha and Steph Curry getting rides in the two-seaters.
