Silent auction underway of IndyCar prints for Wilson Children’s Fund

img_9728-aa

What happens when you take a photo of the start of this year’s IndyCar race at Watkins Glen (shot by Marshall Pruett), get it signed by all 22 drivers that started the season finale at Sonoma plus four IndyCar legends (Rick Mears, Roger Penske, Mario Andretti and Dario Franchitti), and then put it together in an Andy Blackmore-designed print?

You get the opportunity to help the Wilson family out via a silent auction of the eight prints, which started on December 15 and runs through December 24, to continue to help fundraising for the Wilson Children’s Fund.

Paul Zimmerman, who owns The Motorsport Collector memorabilia store in Illinois, is assisting in the process to raise funds for the WCF. This was established following the loss of Justin Wilson in August 2015.

The full details for bidding can be found at this link here. The auction runs through noon CT on Christmas Eve, December 24.
