Tony Kanaan will race for Ford Chip Ganassi Racing in the Rolex 24 at Daytona next month, rounding out a stacked 12-driver line-up for the race.
It was confirmed last week that all four Ford GTs would be taking part in the twice-around-the-clock classic at Daytona, racing in the GT Le Mans class.
On Friday, Ford confirmed a trio of drivers for all four of its cars, with 2015 Rolex 24 winner Kanaan joining a roster of Ford returnees for the race.

Joey Hand, Dirk Muller, Sebastien Bourdais, Ryan Briscoe and Richard Westbrook all raced the Ford GT at Daytona last year during its maiden outing.
Hand, Muller and Bourdais also claimed class victory at the 24 Hours of Le Mans, with Briscoe, Westbrook and IndyCar’s Scott Dixon finishing third in GTE Pro.
The 2017 Rolex 24 at Daytona takes place on January 28-29.
