In cars, Sebastien Loeb set a blistering pace to win Stage 2 by over a minute. It’s his fifth career stage win in the Dakar, and moved him into the overall lead of the division.
On bikes, Australian Toby Price won Stage 2 by more than four minutes, and is in the lead overall by nearly the same margin.
Trucks: Martin Van Den Brink captured his first career state win at the Dakar Rally and vaulted into the overall lead.
Quads: Argentina’s Pablo Copetti secures first state win of his career and finds himself with a nearly five-minute lead after two stages.
