Formula 1 unveils new logo following Abu Dhabi GP

Formula 1 has unveiled its new logo following the conclusion of the 2017 season in Abu Dhabi, marking the start of a new era for the sport under Liberty Media.

Liberty completed its $8.8 billion takeover of F1 in January and has made widespread changes to the sport, with the introduction of a new logo for the 2018 season acting as the latest step to alter its image.

The new logo was unveiled on the podium after the race in Abu Dhabi, with F1’s social channels publishing a video to launch it.
